1. VOICEMAX and its website www.voice-max.com (hereinafter the “Website”) is owned and operated by SMARTCALL PY S.A, a company registered under the laws of Paraguay, with company registration number 80114481-7 and having its registered office at Aura Paraguay, Av. Aviadores del chaco 2462, Asuncion 001402 (hereinafter the “Company”).
2. The present Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the “Terms”) shall govern and regulate the use of access, use and interaction of visitors when on the Website and shall constitute the legal relationship between the Website’s visitors (hereinafter “you”, “Users”) and the Company. For the avoidance of any doubt, visitors shall mean the person/s who visit/s the Website.

By proceeding to use the Website, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set forth herein. WEBSITE’S PURPOSE
7. The Website is a platform through which the Company provides to every User an overview of the Company’s activities and services.
8. The Website also enables Users to express their interest in working and building a career with the Company by submitting the online-based application form (hereinafter the “Form”), along with their personal CV (hereinafter the “Applicant”).
USE OF THE WEBSITE FOR RECRUITMENT
9. Every interested Applicant shall fill the Form found on the Website and submit the required information.
10. By submitting the information, you hereby accept these Terms and you are stating that:
i. You have the legal capacity to do so in terms of the applicable laws; and
ii. You are not breaching the terms of any other contract you may be a party to.

11. By submitting the Form, you are also accepting the Candidates Privacy Notice and you are authorizing the Company to use the information you provide for the below purposes:
i. Assess your skills, qualifications, and suitability for the role.
ii. Carry out background and reference checks, where applicable.
iii. Communicate with you about the recruitment process.
iv. Keep records related to our hiring processes.
v. Comply with legal or regulatory requirements.

VISITOR’S REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES
As a User of the Website, you represent and warrant that:

The Parties hereby undertake and agree that any dispute, controversy or claim which any of them may have under or relating to these Terms (including, without limitation, any dispute, controversy or claim relating to the existence, validity or termination of these Terms) which shall not be possible to resolve amicably, shall be referred to courts of Paraguay.
